I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I can't even comment on the taste of the food because I never actually received it. I called in my order (4 different plates and 3 punches) some items were out of stock. When order was finally placed, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, like I was told. But when I arrived, chaos ensued.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a disorganized scene. The person at the register seemed more focused on processing checks than attending to customers waiting to place or pick up orders. After a long wait, I was asked can I help you. When I mentioned I was there to pickup a phone order they realized it was never entered into the system. I was required to replace my order. By that time even more items were out of stock including the side of cabbage that was available at the time of my phone order.

To make matters worse, when food was finally ready and they got around to bagging my food, it was done so haphazardly that it spilled all over the counter.

Despite the mess, the staff did apologize and began to clean it up. However, they took their time, leaving me standing there waiting. To add insult to injury, I was then told that the the jerk pork that spilled was the last portion. When I advised them I did not eat any of the other food, they just apologized. Thus, leaving me with no other choices. As if that wasn't enough, the person who was supposed to cash me out (believe it may have been the owner) disappeared into the back when waitress came to the one terminal in the store to enter table orders. Although the lady who is cash me out, informed the waitress that I was waiting to pay the waitress continue to enter in orders, and the lady who was supposed to be assist me, went to the back and disappeared for a period of time. Thus leaving me stranded at the counter so that the waitress could take her sweet time entering in table orders rather than cashing me out.

I was so fed up with the whole ordeal - the mix-up with my order, the spill, the long wait, and the lack of communication or compensation offered. It's incredibly frustrating to be kept waiting and inconvenienced in so many ways without any acknowledgment or attempt to make things right.

In the end, I decided to cut my losses and leave. I bet it took them a period of time to even realize. It's a shame that what could have been a simple transaction turned into such a mess. This restaurant really needs to take a break, regroup, and improve its operations before it can provide a satisfactory dining experience for...

My family and I went to Caribbean Fusion Restaurant and grocery this week. Where do I even begin? The food, the atmosphere, the host, were simply amazing.

We ordered curried chicken and there were several choices of rice. We chose Jamaican rice and peas. We also ordered jerk chicken with saffron rice and all dishes included fried plantains and a delicious caramelized vegetable thingy. The jerk chicken was tender and so was the curried chicken. The saffron rice and rice and peas became flavor bombs in our mouths!

I normally have water when I eat out but the pineapple juice looked too good to resist and it delivered. Soooo good! If you love spicy, the habanero sauce was layered with so many flavors. We had the fruit cake for dessert and it was the icing on the cake at the end of our meal.

We felt like we were in a restaurant in Janaica because of the choice of decor and our hosts were warm and engaging. We can’t...

I wanted to try something new for lunch, decided to give this place a shot, and wow! The Inside was very clean and newly decorated. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful with explaining what some of the dishes were. I ordered the jerk chicken and it blew me away. The chicken was extremely tender and had an excellent depth of flavor. It was not too spicy but it has a nice warm heat, which made it more enjoyable to eat. The plantains were perfectly done, nice and sweet without being too much. I would consider myself as someone with a larger than average appetite, and I was pleased with the portions of food. The jerk chicken plate had a chicken leg, a healthy scoop of rice, stewed cabbage, and two chunks of plantain. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and quality of food, and I would definitely check this place out if you’re looking for...
