I recently visited your location under very unfortunate circumstances, as my father had just been discharged from the hospital and was craving a coffee. I asked my sister to place the order via the drive-thru app on his behalf. I was approximately 10 minutes away when the order went through, likely due to a delay either in the app or with the user.
When I arrived to pick up the order, I approached the window to notify the staff. The response I received was a sharp and irritated huff over the intercom, followed by a request to pull around because the order had just been received. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Mary, who, rather than being courteous, loudly shouted to her coworkers, complaining that I had placed my order while sitting in the parking lot and was expecting it to be ready immediately. She made it abundantly clear that she found this situation "ridiculous."
Mary then approached the window, rolled her eyes, and coldly stated that they were still working on it. I made sure to clarify that I was not the one who had placed the order. In response, Mary questioned me further, even attempting to peer at my work phone to see if the app was pulled up. Despite this, she failed to offer any apology. Instead, she ran to the back to continue her conversation with her coworkers, speaking in a dismissive tone, as if I couldn't hear.
This experience was utterly disappointing. The lack of professionalism and respect shown, especially in a situation where my father was involved, was unacceptable. It's unfortunate, but this kind of service seems to be all too common in...

Ordered two drinks on the mobile app since the drive thru line was over 10 cars deep. (This was my mistake, as DT clearly gets the priority as other reviews mention)
After waiting approximately 15 minutes one of the two drinks was ready (Yay!) another 10 minutes or so goes by and no sign of the other drink. I go stand by the bar to try to get an employees attention. One employee clearly tried to avoid eye contact with me and instead was more interested entertaining and even giving away merchandise to her friends in the store. I finally said excuse me to ask for assistance and was met with some bs line about how there’s a lot of mobile orders and it’ll be ready soon. I said, well my first drink was ready 10 minutes ago so can you at least just go check and make sure the other is in the queue? She walks the length of the counter and comes back without checking on anything (lol). Finally another employee overheard my situation and stepped in to help.
Long story short, they forgot!! To make the second drink. Next time I will definitely just stick out the long drive thru line, but there’s gotta be a solution for mobile ordering company wide. If the store is too busy, they have the ability to shut off mobile orders which seems like a decent solution. Also the one employees customer service and friendliness...
Read moreCame thru the drive through last night and ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte made with soy milk and a venti caramel macchiato no caramel drizzle and just by ordering you could tell the girl taking drive thru orders was miserable but didn’t think much of it. When we arrived at the window she said she had accidentally put caramel drizzle in the macchiato and my husband told her it was fine he would take it due to them being so busy at the time. She then hands us the blonde latte and it had whip cream on top (which it doesn’t come with) and I proceeded to tell the girl I have a milk allergy so I can’t have the whip cream on top hence to why I ordered soy milk. She then says with an attitude “well I didn’t know that and we can’t guarantee anything without milk in it”. I told her it was fine if she can just make it without the whip cream (THAT DOESN'T COME ON AN ICED LATTE) she then very miserably remakes the drink and just shoves it to us thru the window. I don’t know if she just hates her life or what but don’t take it out on customers...
