This place is legit. The online order is quick, and efficient. It provides a pick up time that has always been spot on. The décor of the store is fashionable and not what you'd expect around here. The pick up experience is also modern and efficient. The stylish menu / website is simple with a smaller offering. I think that allows them to focus on perfecting what they offer. The food prep is proper to what sushi means. They take the art form seriously and every order has looked beautiful (even the packaging!) Each piece seems to be given attention. The flavors are spot on for the styles, some slightly sweeter than others but also a spicy sriracha offering. The Crab Rangoon's are folded with care and they indeed have "crab". They offer a single tempura chicken dish, Orange Chicken. (Are these Chinese food?). It too is proper to style giving a true citrusy, tangy, orange glaze flavor and not just a boring sweet syrup. It's all delicious, but my favorite was the Alaska Coco. Be sure to try the mango sauce on everything. (Small town Iowa: Sushi is not raw fish. It is all cooked here. Sashimi refers to the raw style)

First off I wanna say that the service was great. The man working the counter was very nice and welcoming. Also the presentation was top notch. The packaging and presentation was second to none….And now for the bad: This sushi is some of the worst I’ve ever had in my life. There were 6 offerings on the menu, and so I decided to order one of each. There was literally cream cheese in every single roll. That is not real sushi. My part in that is not looking close enough at the menu to check out the ingredients. 4 of the 6 rolls were deep fried and this restaurant uses a heavy and dense batter that you might find on the outside of a hush puppy. If you’re going to fry a sushi roll it MUST be battered with a light and crispy tempura batter. Had to request soy sauce, and I made the mistake of assuming that wasabi would automatically be included. The place feels cool and hip but if you really enjoy good quality sushi, this is not...

The concept is amazing. Quick sushi, amazing service, clean… However, if you are looking for REAL sushi, this is not the place. They offer 6 rolls. All of which are different variations of each other. None contain raw fish and 4 out of 6 are fried. As someone who is gluten free, two options that are the exact same is not ideal. Not to mention they are incredibly bland. A variety would bring this place to 5 stars easily. If I am craving sushi, I’d avoid this place and travel to a restaurant in Sioux City or Sioux Falls...
