UPDATE: On December 26th (a.k.a. the 2nd Day of Christmas), I stopped at 5:00 PM to order the Blizzard of the Month Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard that they should still be serving until the end of December (and not just during the Advent Season that I have a few times that month), only to be told by one of your employees that they were sold out. However, they didn't have a reminder saying that they were sold out that could have been done to remind customers before ordering. I told her that being "sold out" is not a good enough excuse, and then she became fidgety and said there was no manager on duty I could speak to. So I left and called the franchise owner's office, only for a lady claiming she wasn't in charge of customer feedback to pick up the phone and she too was also rude. Later, I went home to go on my computer to submit the feedback going into detail about this visit. Still, I haven't gotten a response from the franchise owner.
Eventually, I went on the company's corporate website to talk about my experience and offered them to intervene and investigate the franchise owner and their business practices. These places need to understand that their #1 job is customer service, because customers are the #1 core focus of their business. If they can't do that, then they need to find another job. The franchise owner should either clean up their act and listen to their customers, or have their locations re-sold to a new franchise owner and follow corporate standards. It appears the franchise owner is now hiring shady employees who can't do their jobs right and can't restock on menu items in a timely manner. Their failure to do so is only going to anger customers more and more, and it's absolutely not okay to use having a menu item that you advertise being "sold out" without a proper explanation. Either do your jobs right and understand that customers are your #1 job, or don't be a...
Read more6/13/21 @ 6:00pm. A girl had her head in a boys lap the whole time we were there! Very inappropriate! We were there at least 30 minutes, and she never got up! Made us feel very uncomfortable! They were not eating or drinking! Unfortunately I said something to the girl about sitting up and acting like a young lady! She did get up and the two boys were making comments and I was walking away and I asked this guy with a newspaper hat on if I was in the wrong, for saying something due to their inappropriate behavior! His comment back to me was I needed to mind my own business and look the other way. My comment back to him was we are in a public place and it’s a little hard to look the other way! And it was making us all feel very uncomfortable. He continued to tell me to look away mind my own business and I should not of asked him his opinion if I didn’t want the truth. My whole issue was whether it was wrong or right it is in a public space and a place of business and this behavior should not be tolerated! He told me to stop harassing these young kids and to walk away and leave them alone! I was not harassing them, I just wanted the young lady to sit up appropriately! I guess in Sioux City, it is OK behavior for a young girl to have her face in a young’s boy lap and laying in the seats the whole time! I am from out of town and have never encountered such...
