So I think this restaurant needs better service and management. My girlfriend, her grandma and I came there today at 10:30 and we waited till 1230 for food. Still didn't get our food. we grabbed a waitress to check on it she said 15 more mins. We were like nope and left, we also called the manager and he responded "right when you left, ur food was out" we were like okay so ur not even going to acknowledge the fact we waited over 2 hours for food and not going to consider giving us a discount or a free meal for waiting that long? The manager not only didn't do that, he decided to defend the workers telling us we should have came at 1 when they close at 2. Not even to mention the fact it was her grandma's birthday. Went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered suggestions on what to try and even recommendations on what to add to certain dishes to make them even better. My husband had their Mercy Burrito Verde and he was "Yumming and Umming" throughout the whole time he was eating it. He really enjoyed it. I ordered their Mexican omelet and I found that they used pickled peppers in it and a little too much. The sirloin chunks were very fatty, we also ordered there Birria tacos (which were very good)! My son got their fruity pebbles french toast and enjoyed it immensely. He's 2 and he ate every bite, (which is unusual for him)! :) There will be for sure...

What a great place!
Stopped with my sons for Sunday morning breakfast on our way through town. Wanted something good and authentic. La Morena Good Morning was the perfect fit!
Great service (which is getting pretty rare recently) and fantastic food. My sons got pancakes and french toast. I got Sam's breakfast bowl. Everyone was very happy with their meals.
I really wish this place was closer to home. There were a number of other dishes that looks great. Will have to wait until next time.
