Subway — Restaurant in Sioux City

This was the worst subway we ever have gotten.First I stood by the counter waiting as the employees stood in the back looking at me as they were talking. I actually had to ask if they were open. We go to a lot of subways all over the place and this was not only the worst customer service we have ever recieved,but also the worst food. My husband got a Cesar wrap and it was so wet when she was wrapping it that chicken juices were going everywhere and the entire counter was covered and it was all mushy and gross. I asked the employee to just put the stuff into a new wrap and rewrap it up and she then proceeded to have another employee come do that for me and she walked away as if she was to inconvenienced to help me any further. I had ordered the ultimate cheesy garlic bread steak sandwich. As she was buttering the one side of the bread that she did butter she made the comment that she can not wait till they stop making those sandwiches because they take up to much of her time. After she buttered one half and put steak on the other side she put the white cheese on top of the butter and then toasted it. That left the buttered side soggy and gross under the white cheese. And my husbands was still so wet even after being rewrapped that this food was not even edible. What a disgrace subway You need some new staff here...

Very bad customer service, the girl named AVA was very very rude. And when I asked for a manger the manager CHAD came and talked to me and was having attitude with me, as the girl was standing there smirking and making me, and when I mentioned something to the manager about if she could please go to the back while I talk because she was being very rude, he snapped at me and my 16 year old granddaughter that was tryna talk about what she was doing, also working with food she had very long press on nails, and no hair net, very disgusting. And the manager had the audacity to tell me that I need to have patients and understand she's only 16!?! Like I'm sorry but that is not excuse for the behavior she showed. My granddaughter is 16 and don't act like that. Very rude, and the manager CHAD and the young girl AVA should be very ashamed. Never will I...

The guy named Marshall that made my food was continuously wiping the counter with the same gloves that was used to handle my food and he was down right rude when I offered a piece of advice because I supposedly hollered at him when in fact I did no such thing I spoke in a little higher tone than normal because I heard him around the corner from what I can guess was washing his hands so I just agnoledged that I was...
