I'm sorry about it not being a 4. This may be an FYI for all places post covid. New people are coming in PLEASE take time to train these people. Don't put new people on the busiest spots of you place. Let them get comfortable in your business and move up in the job. The old thinking of throw them in and sink or swim is not right for keeping good people. If they're trained correctly you will be the winner. The food was good but felt so bad for the new help. They couldn't answer any questions we had without turning to someone else. They answered the questions then handed it back to the original person. Sitting here waiting on my food. Four more people waiting on food. So sad fast food isn’t fast food. Everyone in the back laughing and having a great time. Seems like one person is working. It’s very sad. Ended up getting my money back. Tony the manager or man in charge. Why do want your money back. Because Tony we all been waiting on our food. The only one I saw working was the little black girl. Sorry but I couldn’t see her name tag. Tony refunded my money and then he turned around and we don’t have to make this order. If I could give this location a 0-star I would. They refuse to take orders from truck drivers knowing they can not drive their truck through the drive thru and even after seeing the truck with flashing lights next to business they still refused to serve my husband. All he wanted was a meal and something hot to eat before he started his journey on the road at night knowing mostly everything will be closed all night. I really think management needs to rethink their no walk up policy especially knowing they have their business where they know truck driver deliver in area that they would be more considerate to truck drivers.
