Should change logo to "Hot and never ready." Went to drive through, and when I got to my turn at window had to wait nearly 8 minutes to even be acknowledged, even with 3 cars behind me. Window person was busy helping walk in customers, including people I saw park after my arrival at the window who left before he acknowledged me.
Needless to say, when I finally was acknowledged, i tried to order the lunch special (this was at around 12:30). He informed me they ran out, and it would be 8 minutes before I could get one. I commented that if he had gotten to me 8 minutes prior when I first pulled up, I would he getting my order now, which he commented the people inside just ordered all they had left, including the guy who arrived after me and left before me.
I then left and went somewhere else to eat. This is a common occurance with this store- out of the 8 or so visits I have made in the last 6 months, only twice have they actually had their food "hot and ready". And half the time they were not exceptionally busy, and appeared to have plenty of staff. All this with ordering their standard deals that they advertise as being ready.
So therefore, they should really stop using the phrase if they never plan on...
Read moreI would have given them a 5 star, cuz I love little Caesars, but I found 2 pieces of long hair on 2 different pizzas and their system kept having issues to where I had to swipe my card twice and ended up getting double charged , and I live an hr away so it's not like I could just drive right up there , and after about 3-4,days of playing phone tag trying to contact the manager I kept getting put on hold and the run around about the situation, but finally the district manager ( Jordan ) stepped in and went up and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and apologized about the situation, which was some glitch in the system, but also not only did I get my money back he also included a few free pizzas on my next trip ..I will still go back just because I love their pizza and admist the small chaos it's a great place and if a problem does arise , they will do their best to try resolve the issue , just hopefully next time leave the side order of hair out , it doesn't go well with the sauce ...lmao.....but great job team little caesars....for their service...

There is a national campaign for $4 lunch (4 slice personal pizza and a 20oz soda) of which I saw a commercial for this morning. I walked in over my lunch to order it, seeing 2 poster advertisements on their walls. I was then told the special was over and that it was $5. I was unhappy that it was over but for the same thing, $5 is still a good value so I took it. I then added a Crazy Bread. When he rang up my order (he was pleasant, no attitude, or anything), my total was $8.03 with tax. I still wanted the pizza so I agreed and paid. I am not arguing the value, because it's still a good value overall, but I am extremely unhappy about how this was handled since there were 2 ads for it, a national campaign! I feel this was bad form and could have been handled quite differently. A chance at customer service and error correction was not taken and for this it will be a while if I decide to return.
