Subway — Restaurant in Sioux City

I ordered on the app for pickup. I ordered a "melt", which showed a different kind of bread in the picture, not the typical Subway bread that you're used to seeing (see my picture). When I ordered, it didn't give me an option to select toppings like lettuce, and some others. I thought this was odd, but chalked it up to being a different kind of sandwich. Basically, when I got home with it, I opened the bag and the sandwich was super flat. Nothing like in the picture...the bread wasn't even the same. It was just regular sandwich bread. You can see the comparison in my pictures of what a normal turkey sandwich and a turkey melt look like. I wish I could have at least had the option on the app to add any toppings I wanted. The sandwich was good, just not what I ordered. The "melt" was even $1 more for some reason. 🤦‍♀️ I did not call them or anything, because I wasn't able to go back to the store, even if they offered to do something about it.

I did like that they have a shelf by the counter for pickup, where you can basically just grab your mobile order when you arrive. It was placed behind where the ordering line is, though, so I had to ask at the counter if I needed to wait in the line to pickup a mobile order (I couldn't see the shelf when entering the store). A little better signage, or a message on the app would be nice with instruction. Also, having to walk through a line of people doesn't really allow for their 6 ft. social distancing that their...

This is the worst subway I have been to in my life I walked in and the workers weren’t even doing any thing but messing around witch is fine haveing fun at work is always a good thing but when your family is there and they bring your kid over to the counter we’re I am about to pay for my food and just swing your kid up on the counter right next to my food and about stepped on it and then you priced to have poor customer service o ya then to top it off you got your kid running around in the back and the front with knives all over and hot ovens and o ya the top board that covers the food you didn’t even have that coving the food when you have your kid running around when hair falls off are heads 24/7 I am just beyond grossed out and didn’t even want to pay for my food this place needs new...

Very very bad. I, my wife and a friend went there for lunch on a late Saturday afternoon. 3 employees working. The one making our sandwiches never changed his gloves after making multiple sandwiches. The one sandwich I had was terrible. The ranch they put on was way to much. So much it made the bread extremely soggy. We stayed and ate. I did complain about my sandwich but they said I had to call a manager. We stayed and ate. They never washed there hands on small breaks and after they went to back which I could see they were on their phones then came back to help a customer but never washed hands after touching phone, face, ext. Very very upset. Will be calling corporate to see if they can retrain...
