I never write bad reviews for anywhere, because it’s really no big deal for me getting the wrong food (which I did in this case, extremely) However poor treatment of your staff requires a bad review immediately. I went through your drive through around 1 pm today, an older lady in her 50’s, short brown hair, possibly light blue shirt, possibly a manager or shift leader. The absolute rudeness on that woman. Two elderly ladies helped me at 2 different points in the confusion, and the woman in her 50’s I described was SO rude and impatient with them. I felt terrible for these two elderly ladies, and the lady in her 50’s needs to work on being less nasty to her employees. I'm not even sure what it is about this place, but there's something unique and special. Maybe it's the fact that it isn't available year round, and if B&G is open, it means the long winter is ending and warmer days are coming (or here). Maybe it's the fact that you always seem to run into someone you know, or find that everyone there seems to be in a good mood, and eager to chat, even (or maybe especially) if the line is long. Maybe it's the fact that the ice cream is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to list off the ingredients in their variety of creatively named avalanches, or that the prices don't seem to have quite caught up with the rest of the world. I decided to walk from my apartment right across the street at about 6:15 to your establishment it was raining I walked to the window and I see the young lady sitting at one of the windows and the other young ladies sitting at the desk I'm outside for 5 minutes and nobody said anything to me and then there was a guy come from I don't know where and he helped me I don't know if it was because I was black or because Im a guy but I don't appreciate having to stand outside for 5 minutes waiting to place an order In the rain when I can clearly see two people sitting there watching me walk up looking at me well im just sitting here getting wet there was no cars in the drive-thru at the time or anything they was just...
