I have attempted to get in contact with the manager for the dairy queen located on East 10th street and sycamore ave. In sioux falls south dakota. I have left several messages and was told that my information was forwarded and to expect a phone call in regards to the recent incident that my family experienced. However it has been over a month now and still no attempt to contact me has been made. It is because of this that I and my family will no longer be patrons at any of your affiliated franchise chains. I will not be surprised to see your bottom line plummet in the near future. There is a standard to which a customer should reasonably expect when choosing a place to enjoy a family dinner. Common Courtesy is not too much to ask. The employee that I spoke with was ignorant rude and foul mouthed. Coupled with the fact that im not getting a response to my phone calls. It is apparent to me that there is no reason for me to want to return for any reason. Never again. Dairy queen is not anything remotely close to what it was just 10 years ago. It was easy to excuse the very high priced ice cream expenditure because your services were top notch. Now it is bottom of the barrel. Read moreWe went through the drive thru, waited a couple minutes for someone to take our order. No answer, so we pull around to park and go in. I walked inside, waited almost 10 minutes to order and after I had been standing there someone finally took my order (mind you, there were only 4 other people there). I ordered a shake and a blizzard. Simple, right? A family walks in after me, orders right away and waits for their food. They get their ice cream and blizzard almost right away. I’m still standing there, it’s been almost 20 minutes since I walked in. Another lady walks in, orders right away, and gets her blizzard in less than 5 minutes. At this point it’s been 30 minutes. I’m waiting for my TWO ice creams, and someone finally asks “have you not gotten your food yet?” NO OTHERWISE I WOULDN’T STILL BE STANDING RIGHT AT THE FRONT REGISTER. Read moreWorst DQ in SF hands down. Tonight we went to get ice cream and the guy taking orders was unfriendly and rude. We ordered a vanilla sundae with the new cookie dip on top. He said they can’t do that. And we ask why not and he proceeds to tell us it’s only for cones. So we asked why can’t you just pour it on top? Then there is awkward silence and he goes, “what size cone ya want?” So we gave up and just ordered the cone. Then we order a blizzard with just cookie dough and cheesecake and he tells us it’s going to have fudge in it. So we say no, we just want the two add-ins that’s it and he tells us they cant do that 🤣 this guy is either drugged up or just straight up incompetent and hates his job.. good job hiring people like this and especially putting them in the top customer service position. This guy belongs bussing tables or cleaning the toilets… do better...
