Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I'm a big fan of Caribou in other locations like Minnesota and Vermilion. For some reason, this location always disappoints. I feel like the owner must be cutting corners to save money because the drinks do not taste the same and the food is mushy and gross. On top of that, there is very little customer service. Feels like I'm at Taco Bell when they always shove your order out and slam the window closed. It's just not welcoming or friendly. I think I'm finally giving up on...

I really love the look of this new Caribou! It definitely is an improvement from the darker atmosphere of the majority of their other stores. It’s well lit and the pictures on the walls were making me feel like I was in the Black Hills - pretty cool. I had a small chai tea latte with a half shot of dark chocolate and I will definitely be ordering that again...
