My rating would be negative stars but as that is not possible I will have to click on one star just for this rating to go through to warn anyone that is wanting to place an order for delivery. Be careful and only pay after you receive food so you can check it. We spent over 35.00, was told it would be 45 min for delivery but it took closer to almost 75 min. But that is not the frustrating part of this. When the food came it was cold. We could not eat it without re-heating everything. What is the point of paying for hot food to be delivered when it comes cold? When we called all the manager would do was to say she would give a credit for an appetizer that cost about 6.00. Not only is the food not as advertised (I ordered spicy shrimp and chicken) which actually wasn’t spicy at all just salty as hell and came w peanuts which wasn’t advertised I was charged $12 for vegetable fried rice although the meal was supposed to come w fried rice so that wasn’t clarified on top of that my spring rolls were over cooked & the rice tasted like it was cooked on a dirty burnt stove this is not good Chinese food I’d never return complete waste of $40 & when I asked the server why I was charged so much for something that should have been included she said she misunderstood ? It is rare that I give out a full five stars, even more I risk trying something new, especially during covid right now but Golden Harvest went above. They waited to make and box our food so it would be hot and fresh as can be for when we arrived. The prices were great, and the food quality was astounding. Rarely does one serving at other places cut it, easily filled by the meals here. Everyone in the house was pleased by the food and even managed to find it pleasing as leftover.
