Grabbed my favorite sandwich this morning. When I got it I pulled it out of the bag burning my fingers the foil wrapper was so hot. I couldn't eat it for a good while. When I did it was like biting into a rubber band. Definitely not what I was expecting as I used to get these a few times a week until I moved outside of town. The bagel used to be toasted. I was told I couldn't get it on an asiago bagel, thought was strange but obviously I understand now. It premade microwaved at order. Pretty sad you guys went this direction as that was the reason why I loved you guys so much before, fresh bagel, toasted and delicious. Now I could do this terrible in my own home, plus I want to eat a hot breakfast sandwich not have to wait until it cools down enough to eat then can't because of rubbery and then to hard...
Read moreEmployees were incredibly rude. Girl at the counter just stared at me and didn't speak, with a headset on so I assumed she was still doing something else. It was busy and it was very confusing to figure out who's food was who's and I ended up missing my coffee. When we asked if it was even ours the response was "if it's what you ordered" ... Uh what? Use order numbers or names, we solved this problem at least a hundred years ago guys.
It's a damn good thing the people at your 41st location are super nice. Maybe take some notes.

Read moreCoffee is good, the breakfast sandwiches were great when they were made by hand with actual toasted bagels. Now everything is coming pre-made, frozen then heated to a rubbery, just-ok fast food mess. It's unfortunate, especially since this particular location is literally two blocks away from a local bagel place that does make breakfast sandwiches by hand.
I'll go back for the coffee, and I've found the service at this location to always be fantastic. It's unfortunate that your corporate office has chosen to start cutting corners in...
