JJ's Billiards & Darts — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I came here on a whim on a Sunday afternoon and I had the most wonderful experience. First there were two older gentlemen who apparently usually go to a place called the Log Cabin, but decided to come here, who were absolutely the greatest. We sat at the bar and just had a great time. They tried to convince me they were good at pool, but never were able to win a game. The taller dark haired one kept missing the 8 ball and losing. The shorter bald one was a little better, but just fell short every game (pun intended ;) ). Second, the bartender Crystal was just ABSOLUTELY amazing. She worked not because she needed to but because she just loved being sober around drunk idiots! What a saint. She really made me feel welcome in a room of strangers. If I ever had the chance to talk to her boss I would tell him that even though she does love to volunteer, she really does deserve a wage of some sort. The bar was clean, they have several pool tables, and I could not believe they even have Foosball tables!! I unfortunately didn't get to play. The two older gentlemen claimed to know how to play, but unfortunately never stepped up to the plate. I had so much fun and I highly recommend anybody reading this, make the drive, even if it's 1000 miles, to come and have a drink at this bar. I would give it no more or no less than 5. One thing I wanted to add, there was this faint smell of Dollar...

My first time at J. J Billiars I felt welcome from Ken Hicks, the bartender, and Alisha P., the manager. They are both all about making this establishment a success. At the last minute one of my regulars decides she wants to have Karaoke for her daughters birthday at JJB's. Ken went beyond his call of duty to accomodate us and so did Alisha. We ended up doing a show on a Tuesday night and had more fun than you can imagine. Plus, they had the best night ever for a Tuesday. We will now be playing more regularlly at JJB's They have booked 8/26 Saturday and 8/27 for Sunday Funday 4 to 8pm. So join us and Sing.

This bar has amazing accoustics. I was very impressed with their sound system. It is quality sound playing great music for their customers. They care!!!! I really enjoyed myself while I was there and would recomend you all checking it out. Definitely a 5 star rating. This bar came alive when we did our show, so come and join us. You'll definitely have fun with us at J J. Billiards! Now a perferred Venue of Shell Ya Entertainment!

Clean, friendly, down home, miidwestern pool...

Diamond in the rough for someone like me who enjoys the night life without so much of the bar focus. While technically a bar, that definitely isn't the centerpiece here.
