Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Slidell

Horrid. ...Manager and two other employees charged me for four pizzas and only gave us two....after showing my online receipt, it took THREE employees to open the pizza boxes ( Still do not know why) and look at the pizzas to see two boxes were missing....explained to the manager in a calm fashion that I do not want the two pizzas since they will be cold and not to mention everyone's face was in it...she stated it will be placed in a hot box and she will make the other two....but it will be cold, if I wanted a hot box pizza I would have visited Little Ceasars...she rudely said " you want your money back"... without a reply she called someone from the back and proceeded to refund the money without trying to make things right....when I asked for her name she ignored me then she finally said "I gave you your money back, what else do you want"... She then said her name is Michelle ( her name is actually Candice)...while walking away she made it a point to speak poorly of me in front of the remaining customers in the restaurant. ...Not certain if Pizza Hut train their employees to speak and behave in such an unprofessional manner but they lost money because of their poor selection for a manager/employee....If I was able to rate negative...

I didn’t dine in at this Pizza Hut. I called iin a delivery order, and my pizza arrived promptly, with the correct order requests. My driver’s name is James, and we struck up a conversation about my wife’s AKC German Shepherd Service Aid. James was impressed with the size and color of my wife’s physical service aid, and explained to me that his friend breeds papered AKC German Shepherds and that he has never seen one the size of my wife’s. I meant to grab your contact info James, but there was so much going on in the moment I didn’t have the chance to.

The two large pizzas 🍕 🍕 were warm, hand tossed with stuffed crust cheese. One was half pepperoni half cheese and the other was a Meat lovers!

I ordered the regular dinner box (with cheese stix and cinna stix)for carry out. I went to pick up pizza and took a quick glance. When I arrived home I realized they just threw my green peppers on the pizza after it was already cooked???👀😳 I called the manger and she said she would be happy to fix it. When I went back to the store to pick it up, she said I only remade the pizza, is this okay? I was fine because I only wanted the pizza remade anyway. I could just warm up my cheese stix and cinna stix. Guy that made the pizza said sorry I tried to pull a fast one on you. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I expressed to him no one wants to eat a pizza already made with crunchy green peppers thrown on after the fact. Maybe this isn’t the correct profession for him. Please do better in the future Pizza Hut!!! I left this review just for him. Sorry I had to put you out there my guy, no...
