I placed my order, handed my money to the young lady who's name is LoLo at the register. She proceeded to tell me she cannot accept my $100 bill? I ask why?? She then tells me they're not supposed to take $100 bills and she don't have enough change! In return I asked, do you not honor $100 bills here at smoothie king? LoLo said we arent supposed to. I then asked for her name and her manager. She then took the MARKER out of the cup to check if the $100 bill was real, then proceeded to ring me up and gave me my change with receipt. I believe the reason why they give the employees the marker is to check big bills to make sure that they are not fake. This situation here is an example of how lazy people can be and the lack of customer service that is trending in this nation! It's Sad and I just won't be coming back to anymore...
