Las Canteras Méxican Restuaraunt — Restaurant in Smith Center

Took my kids to eat here. We were halfay through our meal and had to use the restroom we were gone maybe 5 minutes. I am not leaving my small kids at the table alone. Anyways we come back to finish our meal and the table is completely cleared off. I told the staff we weren't done and they thought we just left. They could've waited longer than 5 min to see if we were coming back. They didn't care and I still had to pay. We left with my kids still hungry. We will never go back to this establishment. Yopos Mexican Restaurant in Osborne is better anyways and atleast they will let you finish your meal or...

I've been to Mexican restaurants all over the world. From the US to Germany to Mexico itself the food was okay, land at best. The appetizer was served in the entrance directly after, and the desert was served well both of the entry and the appetizers were still on the table. The waiter asked me if everything is okay and before I can answer he's at the next table. Not the best service on the planet, we're the best food. I ordered a steak medium well, but the stake's are so thin no matter what you do it's either going to be rare or well done, so why ask? In the middle...

I'm giving this Mexican restaurant a four out of five stars, instead of three stars, because it is quite possibly the best place to eat in and around the whole area. The service was great, considering we had a large party, and the food was tasty. But being from the west coast, the Mexican food in the food trucks was extremely authentic and very very tasty. I had the fajita burrito, and I thought my choice was the best at my table. The chimichanga, that my brother ordered, seem to only just have meat with sauce on top. I need...
