Called in a down Internet line. No call back from the voice message given at ten till seven in the morning. Called again at 9:45 am…put in a ticket…they said they’d call me. No call. After one pm…called again “No idea, we can’t see what they do.” Asked to be transferred to the Smith Center office. Thought I called that number…act of God to get to their office. Seemingly have no way of getting cold if their technicians. “If I see them, I’ll let them know, but we rarely see them.” “You have no way of getting ahold of them?” “Guess I can send an email.” “Please do, thanks.” Still no phone call. Three pm, “Guy was there and fixed the line.” “Do you know if that fixed the problem inside?” “You can check when you get home, not showed to go inside.” “They were allowed to go inside, nobody called me.” That home is an Airbnb, run by Internet. It is very important to have functioning Internet. The frustrating part…zero communication, no way of getting answers. Simple communication, of any form, works have decreased the frustration of your client. Being able to access answers…decrease the frustration.
