I came out this evening August 19th at 8:30 p.m with my 4-year-old son who was nothing more than excited to get ice cream. When I went to the window there was someone in front of me ice cream and another person inside that was now being waited on. I saw a girl who I found out her name was Olivia running like crazy trying to help the customers. All the while she had three other staff members present that were completely ignoring it not only myself waiting but eight people behind me. I understand it's close to closing time and they are teenage girls and want to be done for the night I really do. But regardless they where going to have to wait on what customers where there to be able to close. The one girl just walked around doing nothing that I saw for the ten min I waited before Olivia had finished with the other group before being so kind to apologize for my wait and then take my order. Olivia deserves a raise or award just something to show appreciation to her work ethic. The other girls need a write up at the very least for their actions. Quick service and very delicious ice cream. Camping nearby and it was raining hard. Needed something to do while we let the rain go by for the kids. Found this frozen custards place and glad we came.
