Burger King — Restaurant in Smithfield Township

Went to burger King for lunch. Used the app to get a BOGO free Original Chicken Sandwich amongst other things. While the cashier was ringing me up. I seen it was for a meal and not for a BOGO chicken sandwich. I said something and he said it was for the BOGO. The manager packaged and handed me my food personally. I looked in the bag and only had one chicken sandwich. I spoke to the manager and he was very rude and ignorant and told me that it wasn't his problem that the computer didn't put my BOGO offer in the computer. I said I paid for a BOGO and the manager told me again that wasn't his problem. NEVER WILL GO BACK AGAIN after how rude he was. He could have made another chicken sandwich and honored the deal on the app but chose to be ignorant with a customer and lost business...

This place deserves alittle recognition . I think the fella there manages a tight ship for the most part. In comparison to our local horrible mcdonalds which we always did compare as they compete. Huntingdon burgerking for fast food. Is good. And not a hit mess like mcdonalds. Huntingdon mcdonalds needs shut down till they figure it out. Everything about it and the mt union location is a joke. By all means try this place. Best fastfood service around here. Good management goes...

Very disappointing customer service, rude employee at drive through window who asked my daughter to tip him and refused to put the condiments on my whopper because I asked for no bun, despite me specifically asking both the order taker (who confirmed they could) and him several times. He then refused to explain why he wouldn’t except to repeatedly state that it was “their policy”....
