Came by to visit the distillery and found this place by luck. Flavorful Puerto Rican food is hard to come by, so stumbling across this spot was a real win. The dishes are packed with authentic mojo flavor—garlicky, citrusy, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. It’s not just heat-and-serve; they’re cooking it right for you. What’s great is that you can wait inside while your food is being prepared, which is a nice touch, especially if the weather isn’t cooperating. But keep in mind—it’s not fast food. Good things take time, and this is one of those spots where patience really pays off. Make sure to check out their website or social media to see where they’ll be next, since it’s not a fixed location. Prices are a bit on the higher side for the portion size, especially if you’re used to other food trucks or stands—but the freshness and flavor make it worth the splurge. Definitely a spot you’ll want to revisit.

Pa'l Monte is, hands down, our favorite food truck. Not only are the owners SO friendly, but the food.... We cannot get enough. We usually each order a meal (we've tried them all, but the chicken is our fave) and one each of the pastelitos, because they are all so good we can't decide on one! I prefer the maduros, my husband prefers the tostones, but they are both great and we love to share! If you haven't tried them yet, you need to. You won't be disappointed!

First time here and second time trying Mofongo ever. Will say it was the best one yet! The service was so fast, but quality is still there

Excellent food! Was picking up a large order so I understand it takes a while to make but I had to wait more than 15mins after the pickup time I ordered for, he was nice though and offered a free soda and was apologetic which I appreciate. I love food trucks and overall I had a good experience, I hope I can come eat outside when the...
