Mi Camino Real — Restaurant in Smyrna

So I got 40 dollars worth of food a California berrito with steak and shrimp and rice beans and 4 flantas and I payed for extra cheese I did not get that at all so I called today beaucse after I got my food I went to dollar general and slipped on water and hurt my ankle so I had to go to the er after dropping food off I come home about 11 pm and to eat and as I eat I look inside no cheese and I call today reel them I have a emergency last night that’s why I dident call no say I’m sorry sir you get hurt no saying nothing nice and say to me you don’t call last night I can’t do nothing I was not here so they don’t work as a team there they like your money so I want to protest this place the food was great but don’t treat customers like trash when we make you money and we leave tip and we keep you open the man on the phone was very nice but rude as well did not care I got hurt only cared I dident call last night and that bad part it was over 1 dollar for the cheese do check your food before you leave make sure they do it right I don’t believe they care about customers so if I was you go to chungos I’m Smyrna best place in town very good people you ever have a problem they fix it right away no problem this guy and mi real no good for how he say to me I...

Had to change my 5 star review to a 2 star. My family orders take out from here several times a month... Every single month at least once they mess up and put lettuce on our order when we ask not for it to be put on it which is frustrating but usually they correct it asap.... This last time we called them, the woman on the phone said okay it will be ready in 15 minutes... I went in to pick them up and was greeted by the male manager which we hadn't had issues with in the past but this time he was really rude and refused to make the order correct saying no one wrote it down. They had our order all ready and refused to give it to us after I had driven up to the restaurant. It was a friday night when our order was messed up so I can see how it didn't get written in their "book" but we are customers that spend a lot of money here... Food was good. Service was awful. This was because we came in at 2:51 to an almost completely empty restaurant. They did not give us menus, which was weird. We had to ask for them when they brought the drinks. Then they kept walking past us and our waiter stayed across the room though I kept eyeing him. So finally a waitress comes and takes our order. They let my food get cold because they didn't bring the last plate of my fajitas with the gauc until I waved her down. The finale was when they charged us dinner rates when we got there before lunch was over. They purposefully didn't get our order until after 3 and she tried to say that she came back from break at 3 and we weren't there. I pulled up trusty life360 that showed we were there earlier but the waitress and manager refused to change our ticket. They over charged by over $10. That was her tip. We always tip excellent, but we felt ripped off and both said no tip. Ah move, but so was theirs. Cozumels has never done this to us. We'll be driving further to go there...
