Ordered Food here through Uber eats and I still have the Receipt. Over half of our order was missing and every single item that we actually got was sloppily put together and we asked for no sour cream, no rice and they put chicken instead of the steak. The entire order was wrong in someway or another whether it was missing items or missing order notes. My daughter is allergic to one of the condiments that we asked not to have on any of our items. We had to use a EpiPen and spent the rest of our night in the hospital. I called on 6/18/25 And spoke to Amber she told me she was the manager on duty.
I was very polite with her. I told her what had happened and she was extremely rude. She did not even say sorry she did not offer us to come and get a replacement order. Her exact words were. I don’t know what you want me to do ! I asked for the general manager’s name. She said it was Makayla and then I said “ You’ve been very rude and you’ve been no help at all or unapologetic for what has transpired tonight. You’ve been super unprofessional. I will call tomorrow and speak to the general manager”
She then told me while you can’t speak to her. She’s on vacation and I said when will she be back? She then proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know it could be a week or two weeks.
I said well I will just keep calling every day until I reach the general manager and if that doesn’t work, then I will go for the regional manager.
We literally checked the burrito first and we didn’t see the sour cream at first. It was blended in with everything. We just noticed that a lot of the other items we asked to add or take away were wrong… I now have multiple thousands of dollars in hospital bills due to the negligence and sloppy work done by the night shift.
What’s insane is There is such a difference between the dayshift and night shift. The Night Shift doesn’t care about you , Your money or your order!
Buyer beware, Especially if Amber and her workers are on shift. I took pictures of everything when I got it just so they couldn’t say that it didn’t happen and I will be looking forward to my call Michaela. Hopefully, she is more...
Read moreMy house is very close to here. I love to eat late at night, so i come here all the time. I love Taco Bell, and I love the food, but sometimes the quality of service can be crappy. Most of the time, I get exactly what I order, and have no issues. The employees know me, because i come through there all the time, so most of the time, their cool. Other times, like last night, I pulled up to the drive-through, only to find out the infamous line of this particular Taco Bell 🔔 that "They were out of beef" I was like DANG, okay, so i ordered something else. I don't know why this place is always out of beef, but this was only the second time they told me that, and I've been coming here since it opened. Like I said, my order is right alot of the times, but running out of beef is unacceptable. This is Taco Bell. You can't have a taco without beef, so beef should be the number one priority in this place. I will continue to come here, because the food is good, I hit don't like the "Out of beef" line, or waiting 20 mins for my order. Also, the way the parking lot is made, if you want to get out, or they don't have what you want, you literally have to wait in line of the drive-through to get out. I also gave this place 3 stars, because they stopped serving my Mountain Dew sangria blast! That was my all time favorite drink! I know all Taco bells discontinued the drink, but i think that was stupid. Bring my Sangria blast back! Overall, This Taco Bell isn't bad. I always eat all my food from here. The inside is clean most of the time, and the bathrooms aren't bad neither. If you love Taco Bell, this one isn't bad at all. The food is good, but the service sometimes is crappy. It doesn't stop me from coming...
Read moreSo within the last 4 years or so, this location was my all time favorite taco bell that I'd ever been to in Tennessee. Never had a bad experience, the food was always perfect, the store was clean and everyone was nice.
My fiance and I decided to drive the extra distance to this specific location, being as it was our favorite. We went in, ordered through the kiosk as we normally do because we are always super indecisive so it makes it easier for everyone. We sat at a table while we waited for our dine in order. An employee (who was actually super friendly and professional) brings our food to us in a to go bag, stickered shut and we have to remind him about our 1 large drink. We accept the bag because it really doesn't make much of a difference. We opened it up to try and figure out what's what and who gets which. Well each thing was so messed up and missing key ingredients none of the items were even recognizable. Not only was every single item wrong and not what we ordered at all, everything was absolutely cold to the touch. As if they were all from this mornings order that nobody picked up. Nothing was even remotely hot. Very unappetizing but since we hadn't eaten the entire day until 6pm we just ate it and went on with our night. The employees all were standing around talking and laughing and saying how they're clocking out, which is fine but this just made it obvious that they didn't care about our order what's so ever.
Tonight, my entire perspective on Taco Bell is ruined. I'd say this experience has given me the decision to never eat at this...
