Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Snead

Stopped at the 1st Jack's I found on Hwy 278 headed West, around 6 am last Saturday (Snead area?), ordered a chicken biscuit. Took it to my car, took meds which require food and left, intending to eat on my drive. I could tell the chicken looked larger on one side, didn't think anything of it. First few bites were ok, but had a slightly different flavor than usual. Again, I didn't think much of it, figured someone mixed the breading a little differently or it came from a different manufacturer- no big deal. 4th bite was NOT DONE!! I looked at both the biscuit and what I had bitten off, and confirmed it was undercooked. I had to be somewhere at a specific time, or I would have taken it back. I've eaten there before - didn't taste as good as it should, but has never been raw. This makes 2 Jack's where I've had EXTREMELY bad experiences in less than a month. Thank goodness they aren't where I live. Worst thing I've gotten at ours has been multiple cases of slightly undercooked biscuits. I ended up eating gas station crackers a little while later. So Last week I went to Jack's in snead and got a deluxe breakfast. When I got to work and opened my food it was missing the eggs and the hash browns. I called the store and spoke to a male manager. He was a very nice guy and said next time I come he would replace the meal for free since I couldn't leave work for them to make it right the same day. I was told all I need to do is come back and let cashier know and my name would be written down. So today (10-25-22) I stopped by to grab breakfast and told ccashier. She was rude and said she would give me eggs and hash brown's but not a meal. Really? Who wants hash brown's and eggs alone? She had a nasty attitude and "0" customer service skills. We eat here often because it clise to home but next time I think we will drive to the next Jack's. Needless to say I paid for my breakfast today and it's missing the biscuit. Food is usual for Jacks, but I had terrible service. The lady who took my order, a manager, was clearly scatter-brained and unfocused, messing up my order twice. She left the counter, and me, once to go mess with something in the office, leaving me waiting. Then, when I asked if someone else could take my order, she came back out and said they were all busy. She finally took my order, but it took a god-awful while for the food to reach me. Once I ate it and left, I saw the same manager woman outside on the way to my car, so I sarcastically said "Thanks for the great service," and she told me to go ** myself.
