Subway — Restaurant in Social Circle

This is the second time I have been turned away by employees of this store within a week. I understand they are short handed and have changed their hours to 10-6. Last week I got there around 10:45 Am and the door was locked. I looked inside and there was a worker standing in the lobby on her cellphone. She looked at me and made a motion for me to go away.

Tonight I got there around 5:40 pm. There was a worker standing in the open door. Talking with a customer who was getting in their car. I attempted to enter and she told me they were closed. She said they close at 6. I responded with it is 5:40. She then said that that was the last customer and locked the door in my face.

Again I understand being shorthanded right now, but do not turn away customers during business hours that are posted online and on the door. I have lived here for 6 years and have spent a lot of money here. I will probably not be going back unless I have no other choice. I chose subway for convenience and price. If I drive just 10 minutes more I can go to a Jersey Mike's. Probably will do from now on due to this poor...

If it was possible to give this particular Subway ZERO stars I definitely would. I was there the evening of 1/10/2021 around 8PM. The young lady making subs was by far the rudest Subway employee I have ever come across in my life. She had an attitude before we even started ordering, slamming stuff around, rolling her eyes, and glaring. I ordered 2 subs and a wrap. She claimed to be out of multiple things, threw the ingredients in the sandwiches, barely wrapped them, and the wrap was a mess. I should have said something but it’s pretty uncomfortable when someone is handling your food. She was angry and the worst representation of the restaurant. If you hate your job that much then just quit. Definitely never stopping at that...

They completely messed up our order. We ordered online so the ticket was clearly printed for them to see how the sandwiches should’ve been made and it was only two sandwiches there was no avocado on mine and the sauces we chose were put on the wrong sandwiches and the toppings were on the wrong sandwiches as well. They were made completely backwards to what we ordered and there was no way we could move a couple toppings around to fix their mistakes bc the sandwiches were such a mess and the sauces were covering the meats and toppings and we got different meats.
