McDonald's — Restaurant in Socorro

We decided to come to this one since it's a bit closer to home and do once and awhile when a family member is wanting chicken nuggets with their favorite sauce. I understand at times the sauce may be extra which we understand and although hoped it weren't extra we still accept and pay. Multiple times the sauce has not been provided even though payment has been received. On top of that this place in particular always no matter what ALWAYS runs out of products/food. They have me repeat my order at least 4 or more times either because they can't hear me or their system is not working on top of that I've waited at the first window to provide what I said and they still can't hear me. I've repeated my order another set of 3 times and still may not be finished with my order so I am made to wait another set of minutes to finish ordering and repeat that a few times again. I may be detailed when I order but I make sure to go item by item or order number by order number. Definitely will not be visiting for...

If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would. While there the manager had several complaints from myself and other patrons. They give out there #'s and everyone sits and waits for their order but instead they left all orders on their counter for over 20 minutes because they decided not to take to their customers. After awhile we decided to go ask and they had put back food because no one went to get and they had no idea who's order was who's because so many orders where just sitting there from people waiting. I ordered twice and neither time received a receipt to file complaint. Manager was argumentative with error on order and told my son to take wrong order, that it wasn't her problem till cashier told her that's not what they ordered. The cheese on burger was cold and fries were very old and dark brown. This is the worse customer service by far!!! Management was worse...

Im very displeased at what happened tonight (1/8/2019 around 11:30 pm.) My girlfriend and I were on our way home from work, in two seperate cars when she had told me, she was going to stop here and grab some food. I was willing to wait for her as she went through the drive-thru, (even though I new how rediculous the wait was gonna be, at night, with about 4 cars ahead of her. After awhile of waiting, and arriving home my gf had told me, that the guy at the second window had asked if she had a boyfriend (I believe trying to ask her out.) I don't find these people to take their jobs serioulsy, and as I was waiting I could see through the first window, the employees horse playing while my gf is waiting for food. I find it very disrepectful to my girlfriend and I, that the employee is over there trying to hook up...
