I recently ordered the two Dusty Burgers with fries and onion rings for us to pickup through the Uber app. Upon arrival, I noticed there was no one readily available to assist at the front, so I waited for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I approached the bartender, who informed me that they were out of onion rings, so they replaced them with fries. While I appreciated the substitution, I was disappointed to find that the portion of fries was very small, especially given the additional $1.50 charge for the onion rings, which I didn’t receive.
Though the food itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by slow service and smaller-than-expected portions. I hope the restaurant can improve on these aspects in the future to ensure a more satisfying experience for customers.
UPDATE:
After a previous visit with painfully long wait times, I reached out to the owner who kindly apologized and offered a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciated the offer and stopped by to pick it up—only to end up waiting another 50 minutes at the bar.
I told the bartender I was there to pick up the gift card the owner said would be ready at the register. She seemed unaware of the situation, made no effort to acknowledge me for quite some time, and had to call the owner. Apparently, the card wasn’t loaded as promised. She struggled with how to load it, and I ended up sitting there on a barstool watching this all unfold while getting zero communication or updates.
After nearly an hour, I finally said, “I’m going to go—it’s taking too long.” Only then did she say, “Wait, the owner is about to come.” But at that point, I was beyond done. I got up to leave, and suddenly—like magic—the card was finally loaded. (Still not sure if it works, honestly.) But the damage was done. It shouldn’t take nearly an hour and that much confusion to pick up a simple gift card.
I texted the owner to let him know I appreciated the gesture but wouldn’t be returning. His response? That the staff was still in training. Again. But if that's the case, where was the manager he claimed was on-site? Shouldn’t someone in a leadership role know how to handle basic tasks like this?
Bottom line: if you don’t mind long waits, poor communication, and lackluster customer service—maybe this place is fine if you're just there to drink. But for me, the excuses, delays, and lack of professionalism aren’t worth it. I’m...
Read moreThis would have been about our fourth time going and honestly our new hangout spot since we moved to this area. We really enjoy the atmosphere, drinks and food. We stopped by last night with a couple of friends to have some drinks and a bit to eat. As we came into the parking lot, which was fairly empty. I parked away from other cars in the parking lot. I parked in a diagonal position, and as we walked to the entrance of the establishment, your employee working the entrance, met us and told me that we could not park the way I was positioned. He told us that we would have to park the way the rest of the vehicles were parked. So, I went back and parked the way he has asked us. As we got to the entrance, he once again said that we were not parked correctly. What was upsetting was the fact that the parking lot was about 50% full and I was parked away from all other cars and his concern was the way I was parked? So we decided to go elsewhere to get our food and drinks. If this is the kind of pettiness your employees show your customers, we would rather go elsewhere. Don't think we will...
Read moreMy husband and I went there on Friday for the live music, had never been there before. We decided to try it out. When we went in, we didn't know if we could sit anywhere or if we had to wait. The staff is looking but no one says anything. We go find a table and they took a good long while before anyone paid attention to us, we were about to leave. We ordered food and drinks, the fried pickles were delicious, the rest was ok. We listened to the band for a little then we left. On Sunday we were invited by friends there again. We get there and find a table, we waited and waited for someone to take our order but no one came. We had to get up and find a menu. We decided to move to the area where the band is playing and we're still waiting for someone to take our order. We flag down a waiter and he takes our drink order and tells us he'll be back to take our food order. Needless to say we never got our drinks and the waiter never went back! Very disappointing, so we quietly got up and left to go eat where we would get served. We're just posting our experience. Wish it would have...
