Taco Bell — Restaurant in Soddy-Daisy

I have never been the type of person to leave a bad review, but this taco bell is something special. I live in soddy daisy and get taco bell often, and I have decided that starting now, I am going to leave a bad review every single time they mess up my order, which is almost every single time. Its almost magical at this point how much they mess up. At this point, im on the border of thinking its either a conspiracy or that they just enjoy doing it intentionally. It is almost a religious miracle if I order from there and they actually get my order correct.

Edit: it is April 19th 2025, if I had done what I intended and left a bad review every time they messed up my order I would be leaving a review every time I visited this Taco Bell. From leaving food out to not even making their food items correctly. They literally don't know how to make a 5 layer burrito. They only make it with one tortilla, every single time. The first time I thought it was a fluke. Now I'm convinced whoever is running this place would rather cut costs on an extra tortilla than have their employees make their food correctly. If you want your Taco Bell food done right and your order correct please seek another location. If you want to gamble on whether you get the food you paid for or a 5 layer burrito that is basically soup in a tortilla that falls apart the moment you touch it, look no further bc this place will...

Worst taco bell experience I have ever had! Sat in the drive through for 20 to 25 minutes. Got my food only to realize when I got home 15 minutes away that they left out 1/2 of my order. So I drive back 15 minutes to this taco bell knock on the door for them to tell me that they can't help me at the door that I would have to go back through the drive through in order to voice my complaint and ask for a refund. 25 to 30 minutes this time I get to the window and they replace my order but when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund my money because they had replaced my order. I should be able to get my money back because I had to waste over a hour of my life and had to deal with a angry toddler because they left out all of her food. So I gave back the replaced just to get my money back. Even then they fought with about still not being able to get my money back. I will never go back to this taco bell and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. Not to mention that they took half the menu off. The past few times the service as been very bad and the food looks like they could care less how it is packaged. NEVER AGAIN TACO BELL...

We swung through this Soddy Daisy Taco Bell after a Saturday event in Dayton, this past weekend. No cars were in line or in the parking lot, but they were open. We just ordered 2 items from the $1 menu. The total was $2 and change. We were asked if we wanted to round up to $3 to support local charities. We said yes. The young lady at the window charged us $3.18 and when I told her we had rounded up, she just said the computer didn't know how to do it. So...it should have been the original $2 and change total. She refused to make correct change. We left it (irritated) and then found one of the burritos has a hair on it as we opened it's wrapper. Again, this place wasn't busy. I called to speak to a manager but the phone just rang and rang. I tried going online but after entering our information and my comments, I got an error page. I tried calling again-it rang and rang with no answer. I tried the customer service line. No help on weekends. So I am leaving the this here. Hopefully more people can see this and avoid letting this place skim off customer's totals and put hair in the their food then refuse to...
