This place has gone downhill fast!! Our food was terrible. Our fried mushrooms were cold in the middle and could have been cooked a bit longer. Our pizza was a soggy, sloppy, greasy, mess. I couldn't hold the slice without everything sliding off the crust. Extremely overpriced, especially for the quality of the food. $77.51 for a large pizza, fried mushrooms, and 3 drinks is insanely overpriced, in my opinion. The service was horrible, and I felt like a bother to the server. (Tall skinny women with glasses) her attitude was atrocious and not necessary esp when I asked for a refill because my cup was empty for 20 minutes, she didn't bother to ask if I needed a refill or anything for that matter. I will not recommend this place, nor will I return. To get terrible service for overpriced food is, in my opinion, a waste of time and money. This server needs to understand that without customers, there's no income. Without income, there's no paycheck. It's pretty simple, so leave your bad attitude at the door before walking into work, and at minimum, you should fake it...

We have recently moved to Somers and have been getting take out from all the local restaurants. We have tried Joanna's take out 3 times now. The food was fine but you never know what you will get. We have tried a variety meals and they were all tasty but none where outstanding. The menu is large with a lot of options which is nice and the portions were a good size.

Each time we have ordered it hasn't been exactly what we ordered even with confirming the order provided over the phone. Not sure where the break down is happening. The first time we got someone else's order entirely, we realized it when we got home and called in. They credited us about a third of the price of our meal. I would have expected a full refund or them to remake our order. The next 2 times something was either missing from a meal or it wasn't exactly how we substituted or made selections.

I'm still willing to try them in person once the pandemic is over. I have driven by and seen some nice outdoor seating. Maybe in person the orders are more accurate. The staff has always been friendly...

Good food, Good Portions. They have dinner specials on Friday & Saturday & live music/Bands on the weekends. The atmosphere is a,older 80's to 90"s style ( which personality is like, but some may not) this is not a fancy trendy type of place & this is a older to middle aged working class type of mans place & if you are the type of guy who would like a side order of vegan rasberry alacholie sause to go with your glutin free red beat burger, Or if you are the type of guy who likes to weat a shirt with a little green aligator over the top pocket & or if you voted for Joe Biden then this probably is not the place for you & i would recommend somecof thecother places down the road.. But if you are a normal type of a guy or a real mans type of man then you shoukd give this place a try. It is not 5 star food, buy everything is very good for a restrsunt/ bar type of a place. I would give them 5 stars, but they stop serving food kinda of early for me & stop serving food at like 8.30 to 8.40. Figure thst with the bar they would open a...
