Worse service I've ever experienced as a paying customer. No regards for handicapped people, not 1 person in store, 5 workers, help did not know pastry prices or quantities in stock. Blueberry Muffins 3 $ 3.00 Muffins each, Blueberry per muffin 10 small, bought with cannoles, tiny 25 cents more Shaws better, twice as much. My opinion on pies, DOESN'T State 24 hours notice needed on a pie. Open Bakery no seating for 25 minute wait for 6 items to be wrapped. Had to wait in car for them to bring out. Received sorry new girl on register, but a handicapped seniors should never suffer the embarrassment, indignation of being ignored because of someone with Experience needed to step in and assist new trainer. Where was the owner or Manager, avoid this place unless...

I hired Nancy's Bakery to make the cake for my rehearsal dinner as well as French Macaroon favors for my wedding. All I can say is WOW! I had a specific vision for the cake, as my husband really loves Tito's Vodka. I showed Nancy a few inspiration photos and she completely blew me away with the final product! Everyone at the rehearsal dinner commented on how awesome and delicious it was. My wedding favors turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned them; they were literally PERFECT! Nancy matched my colors for my wedding and made the flavors I requested; she was SO easy to work with and extremely reasonable price wise. The macaroons tasted AMAZING and I can't wait to order more when I'm in the area! Hire this bakery for any event, you wont be disappointed!...

Customer service is absolutely terrible My fiancé called to set up a consultation and ask some questions to set up a cake for our wedding. The bakery employee was very disrespectful when it came to answering questions, considering wedding cakes are not inexpensive and all we wanted was to find out more information so we could book it. They said hold on a minute put down the phone and said “Does this B*h seriously think I have time for this now?” That is some the most unacceptable, disgusting, and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. Let me tell you- I will NEVER have time to let my fiancé be disrespected by anyone especially this bakery. We will never do business here and strongly recommend reconsidering...
