Our family is fairly new to the area. We have been here twice and both times I've never been made to feel more uncomfortable by the staff. No smiles from the staff, no greetings of any kind. Just taking a second to read the menus I felt like I was doing something wrong when she sighed and proceeded to death stare at me. Even after paying my change was forcefully handed back to me. I've been bringing the family here for the past few years and the quality remains top notch. As others have mentioned, when you walk through the door your greeted with a lovely bouquet of fresh waffle cones as the staff makes them fresh throughout the day.
