Somerset Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Somerset

Where to begin, I'm completely shocked. how I was mistreated not once but two times now within one year. Customer Service emm where do I begin? I worked in retail for years, when a customer complains about something usually especially in a restaurant typically management would always do whatever they could to fix the problem. Well let me just say that I had been ordering pizza from here and it was always fantastic I must say. Well just so happens one day I was delivered a pizza that was over done and the crust was so hard you could not bite into it. That was not like the pizza I had ever got and I was disappointed. Yes I did complain and I was told that's how the pizza is always cooked. I said absolutely not , we always even eat the crust which is never hard. They made me feel like I was wrong for complaining and were very rude to me. Well today about a year later I got a large pizza and buffalo wings. Pizza was great. buffalo wings were awful. Over cooked and hard. They proceeded to tell me that just because I don't like them they can't return them. I gave the gentleman 30.00 for a large pizza and buffalo wings I couldn't bite into and tasted like old oil. I'm sorry I simply asked for them to be picked up and be refunded. Oooh no that's how they are and I complain too much. Only one other time I had complained and they were rude to me then. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Mother was rude son was worse and the dad said I'll #"@ refund you the money. So I patiently waited over 45 minutes eventually I called them back n he was worse. Now I'm far from stupid . Anytime they come they call. Because I live in a very large house. Well the door bell never rang nor did my phone and father says I must be high on something not hearing the doorbell. I'm very frustrated now.with them as a last resort I leave this review so others won't be caught off guard by their sweet order...

I have bought from this place all my life it is awesome my family's favorite pizza place in town! Pizza is awsome but that's all I've got so I've never really tried the salads or the pasta or anything else but their Pizza is fabulous like the dough isn't flat and disgusting it is poofy and so soft that it really is so good so I have bought Famous Pizza throughout my whole entire life and I absolutely love it and oh and I've gotten the chicken tenders before and Fries their fries are awesome and their chicken tenders are so good they're like the best chicken tenders I've had before chicken nuggets is a different story!!! They do not have chicken nuggets there but they have chicken tenders just to make that clear but I'm just saying in general chicken nuggets are different story from some like McDonald's or place like that but their chicken tenders their fries their Pizza it's also good I swear you have to try from here it's so good hopefully you like it too!! And awesome family service the woman who owns the place I think she owns it she has lollipops for the kids like every time I go there I always get a lollipop it's so nice well yeah I usually a lollipop but it's so nice she looks so kind she goes out of her way to buy lollipops for kids who come in and so nice family service I really hope you...

So get this: I try to order delivery to my hotel room at the Riverview Inn; a business located about 1/4th of a mile away from this pizza joint. Lady on the phone tells me they don't deliver there because "we've had too many problems with (customers there)"...

Ok well here is another one: a poor review! I attempted to assure her that there would be no problem with the delivery and she hung up on me lmfao.

It's all good I'll take my money elsewhere....
