The Paper Store — Local services in Somerset

I have been to many different Paper Store locations, for many different reasons. As of recently, my visits have been in search of Jellycats - and to be clear, they are for my own collection and not for resale - and it’s been a challenging search. However, during my visit in Somerset, I searched on my own and I was very discreet. However, an astute employee named Chris noticed that I was searching for something in particular and offered her help. She even went above and beyond, once she realized the items I wanted weren’t available in that store. She started looking to see where the nearest location would be. My Favorite store.. I shop there regularly and spend a lot of money I may add. Returned a dish today THEY ONLY SELL. The sales Girl was so snotty!! Where has customer service gone? Do you have a receipt she asked.... very NASTY. I did thank God. So I asked what would have happened if I didn't. She BARKED AGAIN THAT CHRISTMAS Returns were suppose to be returned by yesterday. Terrible customer service at the Somerset, MA location! I was made feel like I was doing something wrong by wanting to exchange an item I had purchased less than a week ago, with a receipt and original tags which is what the back of receipt stated I needed to do, but yet was turned away by the manager. This is unacceptable business practice! What the return policy printed by the company states is what SHOULD be honored! I will NEVER shop at that location ever again! I will go to the Seekonk, MA location where the customer service is excellent! And I do...
