hibachi express takeout and poke bowl — Restaurant in Somerset

Went there once and have no intention of returning. We called in an order. It was $17. For the shrimp and steak dinner which was 75% rice. There were exactly six pieces of steak the size of a quarter!!! Along with six small shrimp. $17 for that. We get there to pick it up there is one young kid, female working the front counter by herself with numerous people waiting for food. Waited about 20 minutes, only to find out that the bag sitting on the counter was ours. Drove home just under one mile away, it was barely warm. It was terrible. For a brand new restaurant you would think they would be overloaded with help and a much better system set up. Don't get me wrong the food did not taste "bad".... But no way in hell was it worth seventeen dollars. I hope they make it but I sure hope...

Would like to say I’ve never left a 1 star review in my life. Never order from this place. I ordered online, went to pick it up when it said it would be ready. After waiting 30 minutes, they realized they lost my slip. You would think they would cook mine next, but no. I waited another 40 minutes for food. Everybody working there were yelling at each other. Bare hands used in kitchen. Needed to ask for discount because I waited over 90 for mid food and the guy gave me a $10 for my over $50 order and said something a foreign language to me. Would never order...

Placed a big order on 12/31/23 only to show up to pick up my order and they said it was being delivered by door dash. I never received the order but was charged and told to dispute it with my bank. I never even used door dash, stated they called me but wasn’t my number they called to confirm with me. But yet I was able to get emails and text to my correct email and phone number. Clearly this place scammed me .Never got my food and will now have the hassle of disputing on own. Poor service and will never order from...
