Breakfast Station feels like home. A good, cozy, loving one, with meals that warm the soul. And it's staffed by a lovely group of people that feel like family! But I want to take this time to shoutout a particular waitress there. I think her name is Teelore? Or Taylor. Yeah. That's it. I said I'd leave a review, and I'm finally getting round to it! I think food nourishes us best when it's immersed in love. And I've met few people as delightful and loving as this woman. I've had the privilege of getting to know Taylor better through my many visits to the BStation. She is dependable, bubbly, witty, and full of strength. She leaves a lasting impression of warmth, humor, and hope as she refills coffees and presents wonderful meals! While sat at the bar, I am always impressed by her ability to juggle a full dining room, all while dipping in and out of conversation with bright spirits! Taylor remembers people -- especially the littlest things: drinks and food, celebratory moments, even what car you drive! (in a nice way). She is a server in both occupation and character... oozing genuine care for others in a way I can only hope to achieve. Crafting a meal for someone is an opportunity to shape an experience, and Taylor seems to fulfill this mission intuitively. What more can I say? Taylor brings her Love wherever she goes, and that is a mighty powerful thing. And difficult too. I am so grateful and glad to know her. I come here for a scrumptious meal, and depart with a little more air in my leaky soul. te iubesc...

The waitress saw us but continued to ignore us. During the waiting period, we could see that the waitress was very unorganized or it was her first day on the job. After being seated, we waited another 7 to 10 minutes to place an order for coffee. While waiting for our coffee, we observed another couple waiting to be seated. The gentleman stepped out to have a cigarette and returned 10-12 minutes later. With the wife still waiting, they were another 5 minutes before the waitress waved them over to a table. While all this was happening, the dining room was still mostly empty. Our breakfast order was finally ready, as we heard the cook tell the waitress the food was up. It was delivered about 5 minutes after the cook said it was ready. Upon delivering our food, she stated she'd be right back to refill our coffee. At this point, we waited another 20 minutes, with no refill of our coffee. My husband tried to get her attention so we could pay our bill....enough was enough. He finally went over to the bar area and requested our check. While he paid our bill, I took notice of the other couple, and they had yet to receive their food. You could tell they were as disgusted as we were. As a restaurant owner, you need to be aware of your staff and their qualifications for each position. Maybe someone should hostess and cash out customers, while waitresses do their job... The first impression of your establishment is...
Read moreFood: I ordered the BBQ Rib Bene, which came with home fries. The dish had great flavor overall, though I couldn’t really taste the chipotle in the hollandaise. The BBQ sauce was a bit overpowering, so I’d recommend asking for it on the side if you want more balance. They also offer classic breakfast staples along with specialty breakfast cocktails like mimosas and bloody Marys, which adds a nice touch to the menu.
Atmosphere: The place has a cozy vibe with wooden furnishings and a smaller layout. There’s a breakfast bar with four seats and a number of tables—no booths. The high ceilings help open up the space, but it can get pretty loud when it's full. That said, I didn’t notice anyone waiting long for a table.
Parking: Several options nearby: pull-in parking on Main St and High St, parallel spots on Station St near the library, or the Somersworth Shopping Center lot. I personally avoid High St due to traffic, but it and Main St are the closest.
Price: Prices were reasonable—most meals were around $15 without drinks. Coffee was $3 with free refills, and specialty cocktails were in the $8–$10 range.
Staff: The service was great. Staff were friendly and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
Overall: We had a great breakfast and would definitely return. A solid option for both traditional and slightly more creative...
