Dunkin' — Restaurant in Somersworth

It's funny because before you start writing, it asks 'what did you like about it?' well, nothing. at all. I am sitting in the restaurant writing this. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese, an order of hash Browns, and a medium iced coffee. when I got to the counter, I wasn't greeted whatsoever. the only words that were spoken to me were just the price of the transaction. that's it. not 'what can I get for you' or even after me saying thank you I didn't get a 'you're welcome' nor a look my way. she absolutely heard it. it happened to the next few customers behind me as well. one of the guys stood there confused as to why he didn't get a response and thought he had done something wrong to not receive a 'you're welcome.' the cashier was extremely rude. it was like customers were a complete irritant and inconvenience to her. carol l is what it says on the receipt. after I paid for my 'meal' I simply stepped away from the register to allow the next person in line to order. I thought it was odd that my coffee wasn't made 5 minutes after I ordered but I didn't complain I just stood there and waited. I figured it was busy and to let them do their thing. but, it was made. the cashier did not let me know when it was ready. she simply set it to the side of the cash register (out of my sight) and the next person in line had to tell me that my coffee is ready. a customer has to tell me my drink was ready, really? come on. I ordered my food at 9:26:50 AM on 8/30/2015. I did not receive my food until 9:38 AM. I am honestly not one to write reviews but I think this definitely needs one. unacceptable. right after I ordered, I even went as far as picking up trash near the trash bin and off the floor and put it in the trash and I wiped up coffee that was spilled on the counter from someone else next to the napkin and straw rack. now I wish I hadn't. it was a mess and it bothered me. check the cameras if you don't believe me....

This place used to be my favorite one in my area but now I see how the employees an the manager really are . They r so rude an disrespectful to loyal customers . I go here Monday thru Friday every morning I order the same thing every time . I ask if they can heat up my snack bacon usually they roll there eyes an do it but this time they didn't even cook it it was raw lady next to me even agreed I asked nicely if they can fix it , yes they were busy I gwt that an if it wasn't raw I wouldn't of said anything but I'm not getting sick from eating raw bacon I had my 2 kids with me an the manager yelled we r NOT heating snack bacon anymore , she said It was insane that I asked to fix it an kept mumbling comments about me I could hear what was said others could to . Makes you feel so uncomfortable an embarrassing if my kids weren't with me I would of addressed her issue there but I was respectful an said I'm calling corpate an I left hopefully something happens I'm so sick of company's employees being disrespectful to customers an it's the customers fault always it's ridiculous if u don't like ur job or can't do it right shouldn't be working there don't take out ur frustrations on customers specially in front of ppl an when ur...

15 minutes at window with them already having my card as they fumble around my order. Redoing it several times on register to try and get it right. Watched 4 cars leave from behind me, sick of waiting. Unfortunately they already had my card and didnt see me signaling them to come over so I could just leave. NOW... to the order

1 lg Chi 2 6pc hashbrowns 1 sausage egg and cheese on a plane bagle (not toasted)

To start... Chi was 3/4 full, couldn't tell if the remainder of what I ordered was seaping down the side of the cup or does the chi now comes with 25% foam. Hash browns were overcooked to say it politely, to breakfast accurate they were more akin to to charcoal brickets. Breakfast sandwiche (asked to be not toasted and even repeated back to me) was apparently made to match the hashblacks. They did get me what I ordered, quantity and accuracy to details. Maybe not so on point. On the bright side. Cup is sticky enough I have no fear of droping and spilling the remainder. Hashblacks were helpfull as an abrasive to remover the layer of charcoal from my bagel as they were of similar consistency. For the price paid compared to enable food I recieved I could have just...
