Giddy up Alert!!! Stopped in at this new spot that just opened in downtown Somersworth. The owners were incredibly nice and really stand by their motto of “eat clean or die”. The food was outstanding. We got The Mana and the Moona plus some of the sweet treats. Legitimately delicious. The prices were very fair considering that they use the highest quality ingredients. There are not many places, very few actually, where you can get a meal made with grass fed beef and without seed oils in the seacoast. Mana fits the bill. Definetly go check...

Mana kitchen is amazing. As someone who is health concious and is picky about where and what I eat, I love this place so much. It's as clean as a homecooked meal but taste 1000 times better than anything I can make ha! Their beef is so flavorful and tender you could cut it with a spoon. I drive over an hour to eat here! The owners are such sweet people. They put so much thought, intention, and love into their food. From sourcing high quality ingredients to making everything from scratch. Fresh, delicious, and fast! I had the Mana plate and my husband the Chucky Khan. My husband said the beef was tender and juicy, and the coconut rice fragrant. The egg was cooked to perfection, nice and jammy. The pita was warm, chewy, and perfect for scooping the tangy hummus. Crisp cucumbers and red cabbage with wonderful flavors of sesame and tumeric.
