A tiny unassuming shop on a main road in Sonoma County with one of the best croissants I have ever had. I say this as someone who has been to Paris twice, and over 50 countries world wide. The croissants are sizable, buttery, flaky on the outside with a delicate and tender inside, and with excellent lamination throughout.
The other pastries like the Reese's inspired cronut, the Kouign Amann, and the morning bun are all also very tasty with the same buttery texture with some added flare.
