La Hacienda Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sonoma

This is my first time ever at this restaurant and my goodness did they give me quite an amazing first impression! I was there to pick up a doordash order and then while I was waiting for that order another order appeared on my Dasher app and I told him about that one as well. Honestly most of the time when this happens since the second order showed up at the restaurant yeah the restaurant would end up being late unless they had already ed didn't get advance before I even showed up, but no they came through and both of my orders were ready on time.

And I'd like to emphasize how this has impressed me so much. There were literally only two employees there. One making the food and the other handling the customer service. This Duo was perfect! You know a lot of restaurants that have a lot more employees working at the same time could really learn a thing or two from here because there's a lot of restaurants I go to that have way more employees and just cannot get orders done on time. But this restaurant has given me an amazing first impression. See I'm from Santa Rosa so I typically try to work in Santa Rosa but lately doordash has been a lot slower than it used to be so I've had to travel abroad a little more and had to work in Sonoma which isn't new to me I've worked in sonoma, but because I don't usually work here it's the Wonder this is the first time I've gone through this restaurant and hopefully I'll get more orders from here as long as I do work in Sonoma because they did...

My Mother and I have eaten at La Hacienda Mexican Grill twice. We love it! The Staff is friendly, professional and extremely efficient!! The food is excellent!! The salsas are extraordonary!! The chips are fresh, warm, and just enough salt. (We used to go to LA Hacienda on hey 12 in Boyes Springs, but found the staff have become rude. My mother asked for 'water'. The male server looked her in the eye and gruffy said "agua". My Mother is a native English speaker. I told the server that my Mom didn't speak Spanish to which he grunted and proceeded to take my order--in English. He spoke English quite well. I found his attitude unprofessional and racist. We will not return to that place.) At La Hacienda Mexixan Grill, the staff are pleasant to everyone. It's such a much better atmosphere!! I'm so happy we found this little place! Perfect for a casual meal!!! The prices are competitive and reasonable. Thanks guys for providing a friendly place to eat...

I ordered two burritos, guacamole and two sodas to be delivered by Doordash. I received two burritos, guacamole without chips and no sodas. I called and explained the situation and the girl I spoke to blamed it on the Doordash driver, when I suggested the driver was not responsible for packaging the order she then put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said if I wanted chips I should have written in the comments section so they could charge me for them. Had there been a menu item for chips I would have deduced that they were not included with the guacamole and ordered them. I still have not received the sodas although I was charged for them and told they would deliver the sodas.

First, be very careful when you order from this restaurant and be sure to check the order when you receive it. Lastly, I did not think the food was very good and would suggest Juanita Juanita instead…where they give you free chips...
