My experience here had been slight better than the two start rating until recently, if i had made a review before i would have changed it now. Went thru the drive thru, the "operator" couldn't understand me which i repeated my two item order three different times, a plain spicy chicken sandwich and a monster taco. Sat in the line for a good amount of time, the customers ahead of me were given small bags (assuming their orders weren't very "special")...on arrival, the representative did not respond with a greeting but the price of the order...made payment in which the receipt was handed over and the rep walked off in to the kitchen area...short time later, the rep returned with a bag and asked "want any ketchup?" (Ketchup???)I said no thanks, the bag was handed over & the rep departed the window...very customer service...when i opened my bag after i had reached my destination, found my monster taco was one sided (all of the interior of the taco, which was very little was to one side) and my sandwich had cheese on it...it was slightly disappointing...the order was simple...as another customer has stated, find a different location for food...i believe my visits to Sonoma fast food chains has come...
Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times and every time there is a new issue. I’ve tried to give it a break and brush things off as a one off, but this is becoming a trend. Between missed items and packaging issues, there seems to always be an issue. My latest issue is that we specifically ordered items that we did not receive (two dessert items) but we couldn’t even circle back to dispute it because there was no receipt to prove our case. It was a late night order after a long day of rehearsal and performance so we were just trying to get in and get out. But even without us double checking, we should have received everything we asked and paid for. This is unacceptable. I know this is the only late night food service establishment in the area, but we still should receive good service.
Update: I’ve returned back here during their reported business hours (on Google and on their actual drive thru window) and was told that they close at 1 am on Saturday when the reported time is 2 am. I also never heard back from their headquarters after filling out their form on the website. I’m definitely never returning here and I will discourage others from coming...
Read moreThe quality of any "fast food joint" is poor, in my opinion . Their beef& potatoes are from big Ag businesses whose practices are more than a little suspect & of course the sodas are all garbage. I think that it's shameful what these places charge for inferior products & the power they have over the food industry & the growers & the beverage industry. They are all making us a sicker society overall ....obesity,diabetes, heart disease etc are what you get from eating their food on any kind of a regular basis. The sodas are all full of high fructose corn syrup which if you do any reading you know how bad that is for us . These places have contributed to childhood obesity more than anything else in our society & that includes most of the chain pizza places & Subway franchises...they use plastic in their bread products for ease of making buns and/or pizza dough. I don't think that there's a Dr. anywhere who would tell you that any of these products are...
