Omgosh, I went to Panda Express today. I ordered 6 large container order. First off staff are pleasant yet under stress. They weren't the issues. The food however was. Chicken n string beans... Beans were barely cooked, they tasted like they were not even cleaned. And onions galore?? The Chicken and mushrooms zucchini . No flavor nothing like in the past and Onions again to many. The fire chicken was good but again why all the onions. I had to literally pull out all the tremendous amounts of onion slices. Nothing had the wonderful flavors of the past and what I love it seems they substituted onions n more onions??? The teriyaki chicken I ordered and asked to make sure was breast meat.... Well all dark meat??? The taste of vegetables have that "No Wash" taste and then Under cooked, Ugh,. No taste and worst no flavor... That's a 0. So until you all get back to good Panda Express food I will never return. I usually never complain and don't go to remarks. But I feel you should All be aware. I just wanted to bring home to my family a good Panda meal. Even my grandchildren said they didn't like the veggie taste. I hope you at Panda Express fix this. Oh last I always check my order when large. Well the young lady was rushing me while I made sure order was correct. I said please let me look here at food. Guess what? As Miss Impatient was rushing me, a customer walked up beside me at counter and said: this is not what I ordered. He ordered Shrimp and walnut with sides. Guess what? The man before me took home this man's order. Guess he wasn't happy when he got home with this other man's Shrimp and walnut. Yeah Panda Im really disappointed. Bring back the flavors, the healthy washed and cooked veggies, the chicken white meat that is requested and last, Stop substiting onions for ingredients that should'nt be in normal orders okay. What makes this panda express 1* is I couldn't order a pick up order from online since the website said the location is not accepting online orders. I tend to avoid public places and interactions with people for reasons that should be pretty obvious by now to the whole world. Haters, thieves, low lives etc...
So I go to the store and they have a surplus of everything. Not sure why the online order was suppressed.
I start ordering and the staff although were friendly hurried me with every single order. Except for one man who had the best spirit I have seen in popular franchises who offered me fresh chowmein.
So true story. I am very hot. Women cannot handle me. The hostess wanted to ring me up without asking me what my order was. She got the order wrong eventually. I felt so hurried and couldn't verify the order. Eventually she wouldn't give me cookies, Napkins, sauce, nothing... that makes panda express a delightful experience . It felt like kids who don't know what customer service is and just want to get through the day and probably didn't want to be there. This was on May 25th 2022 around 4pm.

Despite waiting briefly, no staff member approached the entrance to inform us about the delay or the expected opening time. This initial setback led to a sense of frustration, especially considering it was a rare day off for my wife and me.
Eventually, we decided to leave as there seemed to be no indication of when the restaurant would open its doors. It was only after encountering a gentleman outside fixing the sign, that we learned many customers had already left.
While we understand that unexpected technical issues can occur, effective communication and updates could have mitigated our disappointment. The incident highlighted a gap in customer service, as even a simple acknowledgment of the situation could have made a significant difference. The employees knew we were outside.
