Booyah! Burgers and Bites: A Feast Beneath the Sweltering Sun
There’s a place, right outside Clarks Summit, where the air hums with the scent of sizzling beef and the promise of indulgence. Booyah! Burgers and Bites is no mere burger joint—it is a sanctuary for the weary traveler, a beacon for the famished soul.
The burgers arrive, stacked high like monuments to excess, their juices pooling like the last remnants of a summer storm. The fries—golden, crisp, seasoned with something that lingers on the tongue like a whispered secret—are not mere sides, but companions to the feast.
The staff moves with the quiet efficiency of those who know they are feeding more than just hunger. They are caretakers of cravings, stewards of satisfaction. And the Booyah Blue Sauce—a concoction of buffalo and blue cheese—clings to the food like the memory of a long-lost love, sharp yet comforting.
Here, beneath the flickering neon glow, one does not simply eat. One succumbs to the meal, lets it take hold, and walks away changed. Booyah! Burgers and Bites is not just a restaurant—it is an experience, a reckoning, a delicious inevitability.
Five stars. A meal worth...
Read moreI came very close to rating a 3 just because I did not care for the food. However, given that the place was so clean and the staff was so incredibly sweet and nice, I would not have felt right. We simply had cheeseburgers (with various toppings) and fries. The fries were very mushy and limp with oil and they were, what I considered to be, inedible. My husband only ate half and threw the rest away - that's never happened before.
The burgers were presented nicely, however I just did not like the beef. It was dry and had an unappetizing taste to me. The burgers are probably better than McDonald's, however I could not get past the odd taste of the beef. I can not put a finger on why I didn't like it, maybe simply a lack of salt?
As I said earlier, the place was very clean, plus they had plenty of staff and each person we interacted with was very upbeat and acted happy to be working there and to be helping us. That part was a big thumbs up, so kudos to the staff!
I hope to come back and try something different, perhaps the ice cream! See the photos to get an idea of the menu as of July 2023. There are many other options other...
Read moreI ordered online for pickup, when I got home I saw the order was not complete with add ons I ordered. When picking up the order the girl behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable and a bit creeped out. I called 3 times with no answer. I must assume they either got very busy or just ignoring the phone. When I picked up my order the parking lot was empty, two patrons eating inside and most employees seemed to be hanging in the back area of the kitchen. I will not patronize this business again.
RESPONSE: In response to your comment, if you read my review you would have read I tried three times to get someone to answer the phone. My review is detailed enough for you to understand all the parameters of my review. It is irrelevant what your very young employee did to creep me out. If I had a business I would ensure all orders have what was paid for and especially when the place is empty at the time. I would also vette any hired employee to ensure thier maturity level matches the level of your potential customers. I stand by my comment of NEVER patronizing this...
