Gertrude Hawk Chocolates — Local services in Clarks Summit

Unfortunately the Clarks summit staff left much to be desired. No name tags so I can not even praise the 1 youg woman that was pleasant. Otherwise out of 5 staff that I counted 2 were not pleasant & 1 argumentative when I returned as I was nit given what I asked for from the case. Absolutely not acceptable to argue & did not even recieve any type of apology from the woman. She was right in her mind & that was that. Ironically, I had asked the 1st pleasant one if the butter crunch came in a box like the smiles & she said no to which I replied I would get it from the case. So I had proof that I had asked for that, but it was a different woman that serviced that. I had made it home (not CS) & discovered the hiccup & returned immediately much to my inconvenience.
