We went in 2 days in a row. The first day was to get a feel for the place and see what the vibe was. We were greeted by both of the employees/(owners to my knowledge) and they preceded to show my wife and I around the entire store. They’re bound to have something for everyone. They’ve got a wall full of traditional tobacco products, smoking as well as smokeless. A very large selection of Vapes as well as a wall full of eliquid both salt based as well as traditional nicotine. A full humidor, with tons of different cigars, also at excellent prices. Plenty of selection for hookah; pipes, charcoal Shisha, bowls, and tools. So much glassware they had to take a mortgage out on their house, you name it I’m sure they’ve got it. So it doesn’t matter what your vice is, they’ve got you covered. They’ve got drinks and snacks, d8 and Other herbal supplements as well. They even had a sign out saying PA Lotto will be available in the coming weeks. But in the meantime they’ve got a fully built out adult game room. So much fun to be had at this place!

My wife and I really enjoyed the whole experience of just seeing what they’ve got, best part is they weren’t even pushy. So that’s why we went back the 2nd day and bought something. This smoking outlet is terrific. The vast selection of products and collection of glass pieces make this a must visit location for any smoke enthusiast traveling through (probably even worth a detour).They have the biggest selection of RAW wraps in the area. They have a vast collection in a standalone cigar room, and they even have a game room in the back. I am very happy with the PhoenixStar piece that I purchased. When I came in the day before my purchase, I was offered a "10-20% discount" as I was browsing their glass pieces as an grand opening special. When I came in today with my wife, they still had their grand opening sign up. They recognized me and showed me around their glass collection again and politely gave me excellent information on their collection. As we were browsing, the sales associate offered me a smoking accessory if I purchase one of their pieces. As we went to check out, I brought up the introductory discount that I was offered the previous day. I only asked if that offer was also still available. They suddenly turned very cold and the atmosphere shifted dramatically. We were no longer laughing and having a nice time. My wife and I both felt no longer welcome. I’ve been going to Summit Tobacco Outlet for about two years now, and I even became friends with the manager at one point. For the most part, I’ve been a loyal customer and have always enjoyed stopping in. But recently, I’ve been really disappointed with how they’re handling things—especially with the so-called “$10 vapes” they have for sale.

Each time I’ve bought a vape from that $10 box, it either doesn’t hit at all or just completely stops working right away. When I’ve gone back to explain the issue, I’ve been told there are no refunds or exchanges allowed—so I’m just stuck with a product that doesn’t work. At this point, it feels like the $10 vape box is nothing more than a quick money grab, and it’s frustrating to see a place I used to trust running something like this. I’m posting this to warn other shoppers: don’t waste your money on those $10 vapes. They’re basically junk, and you’ll be out your money with no help from the store.
