Terrible service... I ordered an iced coffee for $3.50, paid $2 extra to add flavoring and cream. Short blonde lady with glasses ringing people up spoke to me like I was a child when I asked for just a splash of cream with that “the creamer is self serve.” She handed me the coffee and didnt add any of the caramel flavor (which is not self serve) so I asked to have it added… Another lady with dark curly hair acted like I was asking for her to wash my feet because I interrupted her laughing conversation with another worker behind the counter to ask for my order to be corrected. Might be the worst service I've ever experienced at an airport bar. Wish I'd read the reviews before trying to get a drink. 6 staffers. 2 customers seated at the bar who already had drinks. I sat and sat and sat.... Finally walked over to the other end of the bar (to the cafe), ordered my beer and carried it back to the other end of the bar. Nobody even acknowledged my existence.... Other than ringing in my beer when I walked to the other end. More concerned about "Kevin" (an airport employee I assume) and the coffee he ordered. Beyond horrible service and food. This place is sub par and over priced even for airport food. Multiple multiple visits and each one problematic. Only place to eat in the entire concourse so they got you where they want you - not even a store available to buy elsewhere.

Multiple visits have included: hair in food, over charged, refused to reimburse, cold food, raw food, horrendous and slow wait times, attitude from most staff etc.
