Military Honor Park — Attraction in South Bend

The Park was was very nice to visit until the currator or director’s nastiness and delirious accusation of me flipping the middle finger to the honor of veterans memorial. (Which as a disabled vet, I would never do) Then after faulsely accusing me and being very ignorant when I asked to start our first meeting over as mature vets l, he told me he did not care about my story as a veteran! SHAMEFUL, one of the first persons I meet in Southbend is a Old Veteran who is ignorant to me. I found this quite by accident and stumbled into the Park long after closing hours. The park left me speechless. It's a powerful place that touched me in ways that are hard to explain. I feel a connection to this place. I've never been to a park that has made me feel this way. It's stunning. And you really must see it in person to fully experience its power. 2 stars for the self tour I gave myself for the outside area. The curator inside was not very friendly. I was just trying to get some information about the museum. He turned off the museum display lights when I told him I wasn't going to walk through. They are very strict about their bathroom policy.
