The service is as good as the set-up. I love that they fly the lgbtq+ flag, but like everything else there it serves them and appears backwards and they go blithely through life. The flag facing the roasters and bakers is correct, facing entering customers backwards - they sell two-sided flags, I have one. Similarly, they take orders where a line forms blocking the main room and make the coffee far from the main room and call it out even further from said room they should 100% fix this by flipping that set-up - it would be more fung-shwei and better for customers in every manner. Lastly, I know they think they're do I g customers a service by existing, but its still culturally appropriate to thank customers when they pay and or tip. If we added some small plesantries, arriving on time for work (especially first thing in the morning), and a sign that asked customers if they parked in front of a fire hydrant - something that a great number of their customers don't know is a law in all fifty states, but mgmt. at Cloud Walking said that their customers could just get tickets when they were informed of this issue, rather than Cloud Walking putting up a reminder. This passe attitude towards their customers and their neighborsâ homes protected by said hydrants who allowed a varriance to parking so Cloud Walking could exist is illustrative of this hipster social justice through words and uninformed apathy that this place has come to represent. I love the idea of the place, but would love to see some ideology and ideals there too - as well as some basic stream lining of their practices. I desperately want this place to succeed and be awesome, but right now it is a place that exist not because of quality or customer service, but because of it...
Read moreStopped by on a very busy Saturday morning. Loved the sourdough doughnut and raspberry macaron. However, was very disappointed with the speed and efficiency of the people working there. The guy making pour over coffee could definitely do something else while he waits for the coffee to brew. Also, need to make it clear to the employees working that they should avoid touching and wiping their face while preparing coffee and food. It was not appropriate for the barista(s) to wipe their nose with their hand before handing freshly made coffee to customers (including ours). They also have a huge room in the back for seating which definitely has a community friendly vibe which has its pros and cons. There was a lot of wasted space that could have been used to make a more welcoming accommodative space. Instead, if you were alone or with a small group there wasnât space for you to sit and enjoy your food. Unless you wanted to sit in the random seat available on the ginormous couch in the middle of another groupâs conversation. Again, it is a cool coffee house and they have done well with creating a certain feel and vibe with the way they have it set up and decorated. I would happily return and tell others about it if they fixed the things I mentioned in...

Well I have to update my review because my old criticism isnât applicable anymore. I wanted more vegan options and they have them now and itâs all delicious and good and makes me happy. Thanks you sweet rascals!
OLD REVIEW:
This place is the hippest most hip hoppin cool area for coffee, loaves of bread, miscellaneous local crafts, macaroons, and chocolate. Everyone who works here is nice as hellll and makes aesthetically pleasing lattes. Plenty of seats with natural light in the front and comfortable/cozy seating in the back. Prices are spicy but I guess that just comes with the territory of being tooooo cool. But you say hey! Why only four stars âď¸ âď¸ âď¸ âď¸??? Because yâall need more vegan stuff. I mean what year is this? Isnât this place supposed to be âhipâ and âhiphoppinmodernsupercoolâ? If I eat one more piece of banana bread I may perish. As in, literally, I will die on your floor and you will add my body to the sourdough mother cauldron you keep in the back. Anyways⌠thanks for the beverages...
