Zero stars if I could. Ordered the waffle board. Had one piece of chicken and it was definitely raw. Was told “there’s nothing I can do” by waitress. Sorry but no. Will not be going back again. Update: A reply to the owner. The resolution should have happened when we were at your establishment. Your staff didn't even take away the plate after we had brought this to their attention. Not even when they stopped to take our payment. We sat at the table for 20 minutes afterwards and hurried out. Disgusting.

This winery is on a beautiful piece of property right across the street from the Saint Joe River on River road. The patio.\ Garden Is a nice spot to chill outside. They make their own wines and they serve a few upland brewery beer. The Winery building is very beautiful. The vineyard is located on a different property. The tastings were fun. My Girl and I very much enjoyed ourselfs. This was a Great Stop while passing through the area on our motorcycle trip. Cheers!

Better than the usual. Nice ambiance. But they should lose the fake fireplace and maybe not have as loud as there was live music today playing. Kinda was a wet blanket on today's experience. I'll definitely probably be back and can seriously suggest this place is worth a try. Reasonable prices good food and overworked waitstaff.

We had made reservations for Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 11am for four. We showed up at 1055am. Upon walking in, the host, Sherry, was horrible rude in tone and demeanor. She took us to our indoor table, in which we asked if we were allowed to move outside. She said "fine" with a huff. She made us carry our own plates, silverware, and cups of water while walking away not ensuring we were following. Then upon arriving to the table, one of ladies with me needed to use to the restroom. Prior to her leaving, she had told us (our table) to order her the mimosa flight. Sherry then told us we needed to order that right now as flights were closing at noon due to how busy Ironhand would become. The time was not even 11am. This was stated with annoyance in tone and texture. We then had the most amazing server Roseann, with help of Rachel. Within a few minutes of being sat, Sherry returned to take your full menu back stating " we only have the Father's Day menu." This was very harshly stated! Then proceeded to grab them from our hands, not allowing us to hand them to her. Roseanne was then told about the experience. She must have told Sherry about the experience. As we were leaving, Sherry proceeded to state, " I heard you had a problem with me." It was stated very unpleasantly and harsh. She did not come to the table to apologize, but rather waited for us to leave. She was standing between the exit door and us. This was extremely triggering to the group as two of them were Veterans. This experience as a whole left a very bad taste in our mouths. We will not...

Be Careful What You Tip

I got dinner at Ironhand last night—the Napoli sandwich which was unexpectedly spicy and not what I thought I was ordering, with a side of potato salad (recommended)—and the bartender asked if I wanted to open a tab or close it out. This was before I got my food; she had just taken my order. I went ahead and paid, before getting the food, and I handed her a credit card.

We add 20% gratuity if you use a card, she said. You don’t have to leave a tip. Do you want to pay in cash?

Processing. I had eaten there before, paid with a card, yet this information had been withheld.

I don’t have cash, I said.

And so the 20% was taken out —for what service? I don’t know. To put a plate of food on the bar, I guess, food I still hadn’t seen. She hadn’t served me water, either. And yes, water is accessible on the dance floor, but I was sitting down to eat and being charged extra for no extra service.

If this is common practice, I was unaware. I told a friend and she was shocked, saying she pays with a card–and–tips, but she didn’t know the 20% was already being taken out.

How is it that a restaurant can get away with this?

It seems a bit like stealing to me....
