Update: my wife reached out to the owner on facebook, they responded and returned our money. The food we got was pretty good.

I was at their new indianapolis location, they do not have information on their google so i am writing on here. First off, the employees were not wearing a mask while preparing food. They had a promotion of facebook, of buy one get one half off. So we drove about 30 min to their indy location to try it. We ordered a piña colada, 2 milkshakes, a mangonada and 2 chicharrones preparados. They gave us a drink holder but the drinks did not fit right so one of the spilled and the employee said “he spilled it!” Really annoyed. They didnt even move out of the area to clean it, we cleaned it up with random napkins they had, didn’t offer to make us a new one, we didnt even refuse fo pay for it. We paid and left, looking at the receipt we saw they over charged us $3.99 and we told them the lady had a nasty attitude and said her machine wasn’t wrong and she would not give me my money back. With the spilled drink, the over charge was $9. My wife messaged them on facebook, so we’ll see how it goes. It was overall an unpleasant experience and i will not...

Food is good but the staff makes it horrible….they pick and choose who they want to greet…..I’ve witnessed it myself going in with my husband and without…customers coming in men and older women being greeted friendly but if you’re young and a female watch out to be ignored….especially from that young female staff who works there….older lady is rude as well….i see so many bad comments about them 2….hopefully owner finds himself...

The food is good. They need to hire more people because they two ladies that are hey are very slow. I don't like the system that they use to keep the "line moving." They made these type of number cards that always get mixed up. So you end up letting people go ahead of you. The restaurant tables and the customer counter are always very dirty. You do need a lot of patience because you will spend at least 30 mins waiting to...
